Do I need to be a member to access these services?

No. Members have access to discounts, but you can still have access to this service even if you are not our Member.

How long does it take to find matches?

The process involves us reaching potential B2B matches in Hong Kong, and then putting you in contact with the successful B2B matches. Usually, the B2B Matchmaking process in Hong Kong takes up to one week.

How is it different from the referral service?

The referral service activates when someone wants to find matching B2B companies in Hong Kong. If you are our member, you are a company in our priority list to recommend to our clients.

Market and credit reports

Sector analysis is also available for Mainland China and selected South-East Asian countries as well as European ones, including Italy. Lists of prospects in most Asia Pacific countries can also be provided thanks to the partnership signed with CRIF, a global company specialising in credit bureau and business information.

The Chamber can offer custom-made industry reports, statistics and outlooks by tapping into the Statista platform, a leading provider of market and consumer data.

Thanks to its partnership with CRIF, the Chamber can provide company credit reports on more than 200 million companies at global level, with a coverage of more than 240 countries and territories. Credit reports are a powerful tool to identify business opportunities and evaluate risks in a challenging and evolving business environment. Event organiser, event management and venue hire

We work as event organisers to provide event management services in Hong Kong, and the Chamber has been managing and organising events for our clients for more than 10 years.

Where is your venue located?

Our venue is located in Sheung Wan, 299 Queen’s Road, easily accessible from the Sheung Wan MTR.

How many people can the venue host?

Our venue can host an event of up to 25 people.

How much does it cost to book the venue?

The price depends on several factors: the kind of event you are hosting (webinar, presentation, cocktail) and the time of the year you want to organise the event.

Translations & interpretations

Certified translations in Italian, English and Chinese

Our translators can translate and certify any legal document in English, Italian or Chinese, with the authentication of the Hong Kong notary public.

Into ItalianThe Chamber, by having access to a network of expert translators, can issue Certified Translations in the Italian language, authenticated by the Hong Kong Government.

Into EnglishThe Chamber can issue Certified Translations from other languages into the English language, authenticated by the Hong Kong Government.

Into ChineseThe Chamber, by employing native speakers, can issue Certified Translations from other languages into the Chinese language, authenticated by the Hong Kong Government.

Legal documentsWe can certify any legal document in another language with the stamp of the Hong Kong notary.

CertificatesThe Chamber is authorised to translate any legal certificate. The most common are birth, marriage and death certificates.

Passports and identity documentsWe are authorised to translate any identity document, including passports, IDs, driving licences and any document that certifies your identity.

The entire process can take some weeks.

How much does it cost?

We provide accessible rates per translated document. Contact us for a quotation by sending us the document to be translated and certified.

Is the authentication recognised outside Hong Kong?

The document will be legally certified with a stamp from the Hong Kong notary public, and will therefore be recognised in other countries.

Every year the Chamber collaborates with members, local and overseas companies to organise commercial missions, award projects and roadshows.
